BLUE RECYCLING
BIN: Aluminum and steel cans Brown, blue, green, and clear glass
containers Milk/juice cartons and drink boxes Plastic containers -- #1 PETE, #2
HDPE, and #3 VINYL Please rinse cans, bottles, and other containers. Labels are
okay.
In a second BLUE RECYCLING
BIN or in a BROWN PAPER BAG:
Newspapers and inserts
NO wet newspapers. NO magazines, junk mail,
office paper, cereal boxes, etc. Use free recycle caps (request caps by calling
954-828-8000).
Next to the bins: Corrugated cardboard (Corrugated
cardboard only - must be flattened and cut or folded to no larger than 2' x 3')
GREEN RECYCLIING
BIN: Residential paper such as: magazines, catalogues, home
office/school, mail, cereal boxes, and unlimited size corrugated boxes. A
green bin is provided for the mixed paper,
as it must continue to remain separated from the existing newspaper
blue bin program.

Pickup Schedule Map Place bulk trash at your curb by 7 a.m. on your
pickup day, but no earlier than 24 hours in advance of a scheduled bulk
pickup.
Crews will pick up a maximum of 10 cubic yards, which is a
pile of trash approximately 6 feet wide, 15 feet long and 3 feet high, or equal
to the size of a full-size automobile. Anything more than 10 cubic yards will
not be picked up unless a prearranged pickup is scheduled by calling
954.828.8000. Each additional cubic yard is $13 on your service day.
All
yard waste piles must be clean (free of other types of
waste) and piled separately. Tree trimmings, hedge cuttings, palm fronds and
wood products without nails, roofing material or concrete attached are
accepted. Tree limbs up to 6 feet long and up to 6 inches in diameter are also
accepted. Bundling or tying is not required, however leaves must be bagged and
placed in a separate pile.
