‘Meatza’ This is a no carb alternative to a traditional pizza

Use any kind of ground meat, beef, chicken or turkey. Add egg and breadcrumbs and your choice of seasonings. Spread out very thinly on a greased pizza tray and bake at 375 degrees for 15-18 minutes.

In the meantime sauté your choice of vegetables– onions, garlic, broccoli, spinach etc.

When the meat ‘crust’ is done sprinkle your choice of cheese — mozzarella, feta etc and then spread  the vegetable mixture on top sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and place back in oven at 375 degrees for 15-18 minutes.

Slice like a pizza !!!
